Scania presents updated service contracts

Russian Automotive Market Research

Scania released updated service solutions in Russia: «Optima 2.0» contracts for buyers of new vehicles and «Business 2.0» for owners of used vehicles. The main difference from the previous «Optima» and «Business» versions is a new approach to pricing the cost of service – the older the vehicle, the higher the discount.

The contract for new vehicles «Optima 2.0» is offered for a term from 2 to 10 years with no mileage limit. The owner is provided with a progressive discount on maintenance, which increases every year and can reach 30%. The additional advantage is the protection of the power line on a free basis for 6 years or up to 800 thousand km of mileage.

The service contract with a progressive system of discounts for maintenance «Business 2.0» is intended for owners of used vehicles. The discount on maintenance under this contract reaches 25%.

Owners of «Optima 2.0» and «Business 2.0» service contracts receive a personal discount of up to 30% under the «Contract+» program for related repair not covered by the service contract. Maintenance under the contracts is carried out according to the individual Scania Flex plan formed on the basis of data from Scania FMS digital fleet management system.
