Production of LADA Granta with 16-valve engine will be resumed in May 2023
AvtoVAZ will resume the assembly of Lada Granta cars with 16-valve engine in May 2023. The 1.6-liter VAZ-21129 engine capacity of 106 HP is planned to be almost simultaneously returned to Vesta and the low-cost Granta version.
Nevertheless, it is expected that in the beginning the production volumes of Lada Granta with such an engine will be small: cars will go to dealers, but will be in short supply.
