Characteristics of the Chinese GAZ-69 "heir" were fully revealed before the official premiere, scheduled for April 2024 – as RuNews24 reports, photos of the SUV appeared on social networks.

The pictures show that the model has retained the exterior features of the original car: typical narrow round headlights, radiator enclosure with three slots, massive wheel arches and practical bumpers. Interior is equipped with a modern media system with a touch screen and a digital dashboard.

The power unit of the novelty, according to unofficial information, is represented by 2.0-liter Mitsubishi petrol turbocharged engine coupled with 8-speed automatic gear box and all-wheel drive. The suspension will be updated from leaf to spring, but the rear axle and the frame structure will remain solid.
