MAZ summarizes the production results of the first quarter of 2023
Minsk Automobile Plant has set a new record. In the first quarter of 2023, the largest number of passenger vehicles was produced in comparison with the similar periods of the previous years (382 vehicles). The previous high figure was achieved in 2008, when 354 MAZ vehicles rolled off the assembly line.
Last year, 1,250 vehicles were produced by MAZ, the total production plan for 2023 is 1,800 buses, trolleybuses and electric buses, including machine kits.

The AvtoVAZ head Maxim Sokolov reported that the company plans to resume production of Lada cars at the Saryarkaavtoprom plant (owned by Allur) in Kazakhstan in 2024.
