The TECHINNOPROM International exhibition of Industrial technologies and innovations has started its work in Minsk. Minsk Automobile Plant presented the latest vehicle models in the line-up of long-haul trucks at the TECHINNOPROM, and one of them is powered by gas engine fuel.

MAZ-54402N 4x2 hydraulic tractor unit is designed to transport goods as part of the road train. The vehicle has a spacious double cabin with two sleeping places. MAZ-54402N features cylinders with a total volume of 1,092 liters, located not only in the vehicle base, but also behind the cab, which provides a power reserve of up to 800 km. The tractor unit design has a rear hypoid axle manufactured by MAZ, while the version with hydraulic sampling makes it possible to work with dump semi-trailers. MAZ-54402N is equipped with a Weichai Power WP13NG430E2 Euro-5 engine running on the compressed gas capacity of 419 HP and 16-speed gear box.
