The trial assembly of cabins for Compass vehicles started on the assembly line of promising cabin models of the KAMAZ automobile plant.
The assembly of the first cabin for the 12-ton Compass began with fixing on the lift to install thermal noise insulation, hydraulic locks, and lower tail. Then the fitters attached brackets, handles, windshield and side windows. Special attention is paid to the dashboard.
The cabin of the company's novelty also received localized parts – harnesses, relays, converters, tachograph, Era GLONASS system, and exterior details. By the end of the year, on-board information systems, interior details, glass, and other components from Russian manufacturers will arrive at the automobile plant.
