The specialists of the KAMAZ engine plant have received a certificate of state registration of intellectual property for the computer program of the tempering furnace for the crankshaft.
The program developed is designed to control the units and assemblies of the Aichlen tempering furnace, which process and harden the crankshafts for KAMAZ vehicles.
During the repair work, the entire furnace control system was replaced – the control cabinet, electrical automation, and the program itself. The program patented is installed on the controller, which monitors the equipment state, and generates automatic commands that must be executed by the equipment – machines and nodes of this line. All electronics for the updated system were taken from the reserves of the plant laboratory, which made it possible to avoid additional financial costs.
