As part of a project to test trucks of a new model range, the KAMAZ Trade and Finance Company handed over the latest KAMAZ-65952 (6x6) dumper to Gazstroyprom JSC. The vehicle will be put into trial operation at the Kovyktinskoye field: the all-wheel drive dumper of the K5 generation will be involved in the transportation of soil.
KAMAZ-65952 (6x6) is a representative of the heavy-duty truck family of the K5 model range. Due to reinforced axles and frame, the dumper has an increased load capacity (23.5 tons), while the total weight of the vehicle is 41 tons. The dumper is equipped with 482-HP KAMAZ R6 six-cylinder inline engine and 16-speed manual gear box.
The vehicle is designed to work in off-road conditions. The dumper has been developed on a sanctions-resistant component base, using modern high-tech design solutions, which allows it to be operated at large infrastructure facilities in the construction sector, in mining and sand pits. Features of the model include impressive road clearance, a metal three–section front bumper and all-wheel drive. The volume of the dump platform is 20 m3, the bottom of the body is made of high-strength steel.
