

The next tests of K5 generation vehicles took place in the fleet of TC TRANSITCITY LLC. KAMAZ-54901 tractor unit was delivered for testing in accordance with ADR (European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road). The test period was one month. The purpose of the test drive is to demonstrate the performance, reliability and adaptation of the vehicle to the requirements of the modern logistics market to a potential customer.
KAMAZ-54901 tractor unit is the flagship of the company's new model range. The vehicle is equipped with a new KAMAZ six-cylinder inline engine capacity of 482 HP and a 12-speed robotized gear box. The vehicle's features include a spacious cabin with a flat floor, a multi-steering wheel with cruise control, and a modern onboard information system with a 15.6-inch touchscreen display.
During the test drive, special attention was paid to the maneuverability and controllability of the vehicle in conjunction with a loaded tank. According to the test results, the truck demonstrated dynamism and smooth running even on difficult sections of the highway.
