Mercedes-Benz dealers in Russia reported that they independently set up the supply of spare parts for cars of this brand through alternative channels, while supporting the warranty.
Mercedes-Benz dealers have not received spare parts directly from the brand for a long time. Instead, they have established their own supply channels for the necessary parts. At the same time, all costs for warranty repair are reimbursed by the automaker itself. The company expects that the sale of the brand facilities of the Russian company will allow lifting some of the sanctions in the future.
