Chery has presented Arrizo 8 sedan in Russia. It is reported that this is a business class model, sales of which will start before the end of summer 2023.

It is assumed that the novelty can occupy a business sedan niche of brands that have left the Russian market, among which, first of all, Toyota Camry, surpassing the Chinese counterpart by 9 cm in length. The wheelbase, which can be used to judge the cabin size, is 3 cm smaller than that of Chery.

Probably, 1.6-liter turbocharged engine will be the base unit, the power of which in the Chinese version is 197 HP. In the future, it is expected to expand the range of power units, and a hybrid version will become available.
