AvtoVAZ plans to release an extended LADA Niva Travel
The development of the extended Lada Niva Travel was announced in the Russian Federation, according to the insider Telegram channel Avtopotok. AvtoVAZ is working on a version that can become an ideological successor to the 5-door LADA Niva discontinued in 2021.
It is assumed that the new version of the model will be equipped with an elongated rear overhang, a lifting trunk door, while the spare wheel from the luggage door will be moved under the floor. The cabin capacity will remain unchanged (5 seats), despite the lengthening.
Nevertheless, it is worth noting that there has not yet been an official confirmation of the message about the upcoming new model from AvtoVAZ.
