AvtoVAZ has issued patents for new wheel disk design options. The relevant documents appeared in the Rospatent database, according to Za Rulem. Applications for the authorship were submitted by Russian designers in August-September last year.

In fact, these are two disk versions – 8- and 10-spoke, presented in two modifications: standard cast and blackened with polished individual surfaces. It has been already known that both versions of 8-spoke disks are designed for Iskra family station wagons.

It has not yet been known which model will receive the 10-spoke disks. It is assumed that a new version of LADA Vesta Sport can be equipped with them. Its production scheduled for the second quarter of the current year.
