The «Personal leasing account» is a new product developed by the marketing agency NAPI, which is a daily updated database of leasing transactions that is automatically collected and processed.

Data on the uploaded leasing transactions is sent to users in the form of EXCEL tables, which contain complete information for the previous day.

The «Personal leasing account» provides a wide range of types of leasing items, from which the user can select both all and only the items of interest. The list includes the following:

• Vehicles and spare parts;
• special purpose vehicles;
• agricultural vehicles;
• water, air and railway vehicles;
• equipment;
• real estate;
• property rights;
• tangible, intangible and financial assets;
• consumer goods, etc.

Uploads generated in the «Personal leasing account» allow you to track which companies have entered into new transactions, changed or completed them, and who acted as the lessor and lessee.

Thus, information about the start and end date of the contract, name, region, registration codes and other data about both parties, as well as classification and description of the leased item are available.

The user can set up personal editable lists of lessors and lessees he is interested in. Thus, he has the opportunity to regularly monitor of both his competitors and customers.

If changes have been made to the contract (the number of leased items, the contract duration, etc.), they should be recorded in the upload. At the same time, contracts are not duplicated in the database of leasing transactions. If the contract has been terminated, the relevant reason should be indicated (purchase or return of the leased property, early termination, termination, etc.).
