Total cost of ownership vehecles in corporate parks
Creation of a virtual fleet using the DV–TCO online calculator
The DV–TCO online calculator allows you to create the car, truck or LCV fleet. Select models, ownership period, mileage, purchase method, and other items from a wide range of fixed and variable costs. Add necessary vehicles for comparison and create a fleet. Now you can see vehicle specifications and the full list of costs: taxes, maintenance, routine repair, MTPL, hull insurance, etc.
- Vehicle prices
Specify personal discounts received from auto dealers and compare the obtained total cost of vehicle ownership per kilometer, month, year, and for a selected period. At the same time, DV–TCO allows you to enter the number of vehicles of each brand planned to be used in the fleet, after which indicators will be available in two versions: per one vehicle and for the specified number.
- Fuel costs
Compare how much 1 liter of fuel costs for each of the models, how much fuel will be consumed for all vehicles during the selected period of operation, and how much it will cost. At the stage of selecting a model, the fuel consumption and its cost could also be changed based on your operating conditions, as well as the rate of its appreciation could be calculated in %.
- Maintenance
Based on the manufacturers’ recommendations, DV–TCO allows you to make precise calculation of the maintenance cost due to the built-in database of automotive parts and up-to-date data on the standard hour cost. You will be able to see the amount of maintenance that will be required for the period of operation of each individual and all vehicles, as well as the service interval of the models and the total cost of maintenance.
- Financial leasing
Leasing cost is calculated based on the amount of the initial payment, the contract rate, the interest rate, and the purchase payment that you have specified at the vehicle selection stage.
- Depreciation
Depreciation is one of the key elements in estimating the total cost of vehicle ownership, and its calculation is a unique function of the DV–TCO calculator. For example, let’s take two vehicles priced at 2.69 million rubles and 2.88 million rubles. The difference when buying them is less than 200 thousand rubles. However, depreciation for the year differs significantly: 374 thousand rubles (about 16%) and 147 thousand rubles (about 5%), respectively.
- Running schedule
Each vehicle in the virtual fleet can be conditionally sent on a trip along the required route. DV–TCO will plot and show several travel options available on an online map, as well as calculate the time and cost of each trip. It should be noted that when planning the route, the type of vehicle (car, truck or LCV) is taken into account. Moreover, to calculate the trip cost, the tool takes into account the height differences on the route, the driver’s salary, toll roads (can be excluded), the cost and consumption of fuel, the weight of cargo for commercial vehicles, and even traffic jams.
