TMP has designed a new engine stand

The design bureau of the equipment and networks operation and repair service at the Tutaev Motor Plant, KAMAZ subsidiary in the Yaroslavl region, has designed a new universal stand for V8 and R6 engines.

TMP PTC is mastering the production of a new engine. KAMAZ subsidiary is implementing the first stage of the "Organization of production of R6 engines displacement of 13 liters" project. The production of a new engine is the strategic direction of the plant's work in 2026. The first serial delivery of the new products to the assembly line of the Saint Petersburg Tractor Plant is scheduled for July. Construction work is currently underway at the R6 engine production site, which is expected to be completed in May. The preparation of production under the project is also underway in other areas, one of them is the manufacture of a universal stand for a new type of product.

Stands are designed for transporting engines to the main consumer, the Saint Petersburg Tractor Plant. The first pilot batches of new engines were delivered to PTZ JSC on wooden specialized stands.
