The Tutaev Motor Plant, KAMAZ subsidiary in the Yaroslavl region, participated in the AGROSALON 2026 International Specialized Agricultural Machinery Fair held in Moscow.
At the exhibition, TMP PTC presented its inline R6 engine designed for installation in Kirovets K-7M agricultural tractors. Mass production of R6 engines commenced at the plant at the end of the last year. In 2026, the customer, Petersburg Tractor Plant, assembled 15 K7-MK tractors equipped with R6 engines capacity of 430 HP and 460 HP.
The engine features reinforced structural components, including a specialized cast-iron cylinder block with structural ribbing and individual 4-valve cast-iron cylinder heads engineered with a high safety factor. The optimized components, mechanisms, systems, and assemblies guarantee a service life of at least 10,000 operating hours, alongside extended service intervals to reduce total operational expenses.
