VSKD Motors LLC bought out the Russian assets of Jaguar Land Rover Automotive
The Russian representative office of Jaguar Land Rover concern has officially become the property of a structure of Russian top managers, аccording to the data of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities reports.
Thus, the owner of 100% of the shares of assets previously owned by the British Jaguar Land Rover Automotive Plc, became VSKD Motors LLC. The company was registered in Moscow in December 2022 and currently consists of 4 co-owners with equal shares.
