Volga announced the launch of a round-the-clock car owner support program "Roadside Assistance", the brand's press service reports.
So, in case of a technical malfunction or an accident, a mobile team is dispatched to resolve the issue on-site: engine start, fuel delivery, tire change, door unlocking. If repair cannot be made on-site, the car will be towed to the nearest Volga dealership. Taxi expenses to the service station are reimbursed, and for repair longer than two hours, a replacement car is provided for up to 5 days.
For long-distance trips, additional measures are provided: if a breakdown occurs more than 500 km from home or destination and repair takes more than a day, the program will cover up to three nights in a hotel. Also, if repair is delayed for more than 3 days, Volga will compensate for air or train tickets for returning home or continuing the trip.
