UralAZ has opened a new assembly building 

On May 23, 2025, the opening of the new assembly building of the URAL Automobile Plant took place. The project was implemented with the financial support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

The new car assembly building was built in less than two years. It was designed by Russian specialists and is primarily equipped with Russian technological equipment of the latest generation, including: robotic complexes, AGV trolleys, intelligent tools, and the only robotic mezzanine warehouse in Russia. Digitalization of the assembly building is as close as possible to Industry 4.0. According to Pavel Yakovlev, General Director of the plant, the new assembly building will increase the total production capacity by more than 5,500 vehicles per year.

Recall that at the moment the URAL Automobile Plant produces a wide range of trucks with a gross weight from 12 to 48 tons.
