The Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant will present the updated UAZ Patriot SUV at the end of 2025, according the company's CEO Alexei Spirin for Izvestia. The premiere is scheduled for November 2025; the novelty cost is not yet known.

According to Mr. Spirin, the model will remain a full-fledged SUV, having received modern options, as well as a new diesel powertrain. The novelty will be equipped with a new electromechanical transfer case, LED optics, a new multimedia system and an updated interior.

The modified front panel and a central tunnel, as well as a completely new steering wheel with a smaller diameter, truncated at the bottom, with thickenings at the grip points, upgraded control keys for on-board electronics and an airbag are among the interior updates.
