Vehicles of the UAZ SGR family ("Old cargo row") will be equipped with high-quality body parts. With reference to the press service of the enterprise, the components will be produced using a new die tooling developed by a subsidiary UAZ-Techinstrument.

90% of the tooling parts must be replaced. It is also reported that the new stamps will ensure the exact coupling of parts with other components of the vehicle. The elements will be less susceptible to wear and will be able to guarantee high accuracy of coupling with other parts.

Such modernization contributes to the continuation of serial production of UAZ SGR vehicles ("Bukhanka") for several more years.
