UAZ Bukhanka can be certified as a tractor in 2025
The National Automobile Union (NAS) has appealed to the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation with a proposal not to extend the Vehicle Type Approval for Bukhanka, CarExpo.ru reports with reference to the SHOT.
According to NAS representatives, the classic UAZ models of wagon layout should be considered as self-propelled vehicles (tractors), not intended for driving on public roads.
Earlier it was reported that a power unit conforming to Euro-5 emission standards was introduced into Bukhanka, with torque increased to 213 Nm, improved dynamics and traction characteristics. API (National Industrial Information Agency)
