The Tutaevsky Motor Plant, KAMAZ subsidiary in the Yaroslavl region, hosted a meeting of the heads and chief specialists of TMP PTC and the St. Petersburg Tractor Plant on cooperation in the production of Kirovets tractors with promising TMZ V8 and P6 engines.
Much attention was paid to measures aimed to improve product quality, as well as a new series of TMZ 8801.10 engines with Common Rail fuel equipment capacity of up to 465 HP and a new product by the Tutaev Motor Plant, P6 engines. Engines of the new series have been already in trial operation as part of Kirovets tractors in different regions of Russia and work almost without any comments.
In June, 26 TMZ 8801.10 and 25 P6 engines are planned to be delivered to the assembly line of PTZ JSC. Preparation of the P6 engine assembly and testing site is nearing completion, and it will start operating in June.
