The painting complex is being upgraded at TMP

TMP PTC is upgrading its painting complex. Currently, the range and volume of products to be painted have increased significantly, and the requirements for the quality of painting have become stricter. In order to improve working conditions and meet technical requirements for the products to be painted, it was decided to upgrade the painting complex.

Since the painting complex is constantly in operation, the work will be carried out in stages, including on weekends and holidays in November and January, so as not to stop the workflow. Some of the work will be performed outside the painting complex, for example, the manufacture of frames, lifting mechanism gantry, modules, and additional heaters. In parallel, the redevelopment of the production site of the sales department will be carried to delineate zones in order to comply with the principle of non-overlapping flows.

Currently, TMP PTC is preparing a project for upgrading the painting complex and preparations have begun for the manufacture of structural elements. Upon completion of the work, in January 2027, it is planned to receive a painting complex with an expanded painting area and an enlarged drying area.
