Russian dealers have raised prices for Hyundai Custo minivan, imported into the country under the parallel import scheme. So, at the end of February 2024, the large Moscow dealership offered a Korean minivan at the price of 5.5 million rubles in case of cash buying. Now, the cost of the model in the same car dealership is 5.8 million rubles. A similar price increase is observed in Saint Petersburg.
The car is produced at the Beijing Hyundai enterprise in China. In the Russian market, it can be considered as an analogue of Kia Carnival, with which Hyundai Custo shares a platform. The model is designed for 7 seats (seating formula 2+2+3).
The minivan is offered to Russian customers in a version with an uncontested 2.0-liter 236-HP unit coupled with 8-speed automatic gear box and front-wheel drive.
