The chassis workshop of KAMAZ Press and Stamping Plant is undergoing modernization
A large–scale modernization continues in the chassis workshop, one of the large welding and painting divisions of the Press and Stamping Plant. Thanks to the transformations, labor productivity has been increased by 20%.
The modernization project was developed by a team led by Sergey Klenko, Deputy Executive Director of Press Production and Director of the Press and Stamping Plant. The general line of transformations was based on the results of standardization of procedures and processes.
