SUV of the BAW sub-brand called 212 will be brought to Russia
BAW will bring 212 T01 diesel SUV (a brand owned by BAW) to Russia. According to Autonews, novelty sales will start in June this year. Moreover, the sub–brand plans to localize production in Russia - however, this information has not yet been officially confirmed.
T01 will be equipped with 2.3-liter powertrain, the exact characteristics of which, as well as the cost, will also be disclosed later.
The SUV received front and rear differential locks, an all-round viewing system, a driver's seat with massage function and a Russified multimedia system. For Russia, the model was equipped with a winter package of options, including heated front seats, steering wheel, windshield, windshield washer nozzles, as well as exterior mirrors and rear windows.
