Sales of the hybrid Tank 400 will start in August
Great Wall Motor Rus (representative office of the Great Wall Motor Concern (GWM) in Russia) announced plans to launch a new version of Tank 400 frame SUV, Techno Premium, equipped with a rechargeable hybrid powertrain, in August 2026, the company's press service reports.
The recommended price for the novelty in dealerships across Russia will be 6,999,000 rubles. At this price, a version equipped with a hybrid powertrain, represented by 2.0-liter 231-HP turbocharged engine with 380 Nm of torque and 163-HP electric motor with 400 Nm of torque will be offered to customers. The powertrain is coupled with 9-speed automatic gear box.
The new version Techno Premium will include extendable electrically driven side running boards, an external power distribution function (up to 3.3 kW), all-round cameras and a transparent hood option.
