Sales of the hybrid Avatr 07 started in Russia
The Chinese Avatr premium brand has launched sales of its first hybrid crossover in Russia, designated 07, the brand's press service reports.
The car is a series hybrid equipped with 1.5-liter engine, which exclusively acts as a generator to recharge the CATL-produced traction battery capacity of 39.05 kWh. In the most affordable version of the model, this unit is paired with 314-HP electric motor and rear-wheel drive. Acceleration to 100 km/h takes the model 7.1 seconds.
The all-wheel-drive Avatr 07 models have two electric motors with a combined capacity of 502 HP. Acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h takes these models 5.5 seconds. The combined range varies from 900 to 932 km.

The three-door 212 T10 SUV cabriolet will go on sale in Russia in spring of 2027, the brand's press service reports.
It is reported that a model in gasoline and diesel versions will be offered to Russian clients. The diesel version is equipped with 2.0-liter 166-HP engine paired with 8-speed automatic gear box. The gasoline version received an engine of similar displacement and capacity of 218 HP.

The Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant was unable to launch sales of the updated flagship Patriot SUV within the previously promised timeframe. Nevertheless, as Autonews reports, the start of sales is announced for the end of the third quarter of the current year.
