Russian anti-lock braking systems are being integrated into UAZ vehicles

An anti-lock braking system (ABS), developed by FSUE NAMI subsidiary, appeared on UAZ vehicles. According to the company's press service, the Russian ABS began to be integrated into the production UAZ "Patriot", "Pickup" and "Profi" vehicles.

It is also reported that anti-lock braking systems have been tested on different road surfaces with different adhesion coefficients (asphalt, wet asphalt, wet basalt, ice, snow) and in situations of separate friction.
