With the support of the Federal Industrial Development Fund, Dimitrovgrad Automotive Component Plant LLC (an enterprise of the OAT Group, part of KAMAZ PTC) is successfully advancing in implementation of an investment project aimed to modernize the production of stamped parts, welding and electroplating with the purchase of presses, robotic welding complexes and a cataphoresis line.
The investment project is aimed at creating a modern production of front and rear suspension parts and assemblies for modern cars, including those equipped with electric motors. Modernization of production will allow the company to significantly increase the competitiveness of its products and open up new prospects for cooperation with leading manufacturers.
At the moment, the company has received and installed new process equipment. Modern manipulators have been added to the previously commissioned presses, which automate the process of moving workpieces from one position to another. Work is being completed to connect the entire complex of installed pressing equipment to energy resources.
Currently, the company's specialists are preparing for the arrival of partners to carry out joint commissioning work. In the near future, the production line will be set up to ensure its readiness for serial industrial launch.
