Production of simplified LADA Granta started at the Togliatti plant
Production of simplified LADA Granta Sport cars has begun in Togliatti.
The simplified version features the absence of painted bumpers, a spoiler on the trunk lid, heated seat option, a standard multimedia system and a leather steering wheel braid. As for the airbags, it is not yet known whether the new version will lose both airbags or only one.
The powertrain remained unchanged – the simplified Granta will be equipped with 1.6-liter 118-HP air breather unit coupled with 5-speed manual gear box.
AvtoVAZ plans to announce the start date of sales and the novelty cost in the near future.
