AvtoVAZ has resumed production of Lada Granta car with airbags for both the driver and the front passenger, according to the company's press service.

Recall that in early February of the current year AvtoVAZ changed the supplier of airbags, as the previous foreign partner refused to ship products due to sanctions measures. The company had temporary supply difficulties, which is why in late 2023-early 2024, limited-edition Vesta and Granta, devoid of airbags, were released. The manufacturer announced their return to Lada Vesta on February 7, 2024.
