Yakutia's public transport fleet has been replenished with 24 KAVZ-4238 CNG, Vector NEXT 7.6 and PAZ-32053 buses for operation on urban and suburban routes. Modern Transport Technologies Group, the Russian automobile trading house of commercial and passenger vehicles, was responsible for the supply of buses.
The renewal of the public transport rolling stock in Yakutia is being implemented under the special treasury loans program (CTL). 24 KAVZ-4238 CNG, Vector NEXT 7.6 and PAZ-32053 buses became part of the total supply to the region consisting of 53 small and medium vehicles, which were purchased using the CTL mechanism.
KAVZ-4238 CNG medium buses are designed to operate on suburban and intercity routes and carry 40 passengers. To increase the comfort of transportation, the vehicles are equipped with spacious luggage compartments to accommodate non-standard luggage: bicycles, sports and garden equipment, large suitcases. In addition, the cabin has shelves for hand luggage, individual service units and soft ergonomic chairs.
PAZ-32053 buses are a versatile model, characterized by ease of maintenance and designed to carry up to 39 people on suburban routes. To increase the comfort and safety of passenger accommodation in buses, a tachograph, luggage racks and a satellite navigation system are provided, which make it possible to determine the vehicle location.
