NAMI State Scientific Center became the sole owner of the Nissan plant in Saint Petersburg, having acquired 100% of its authorized capital. The corresponding changes were made to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE) on November 23, 2022.

All brand assets, production and research facilities of Nissan in Saint Petersburg, as well as the Moscow sales and marketing center have passed into the ownership of the scientific center.

Under the terms of the contract, Nissan reserves the right to buy back the property for 6 years.
