Most Solaris models have appreciated sharply in Russia

In Russia, almost all Solaris models have seriously appreciated — analogues of the low-cost Hyundai and Kia, the production of which is set up on the assembly line of the former Hyundai plant in Saint Petersburg. Their prices increased by 6-224 thousand rubles (0.3-8%), Avtonovosti Dnya reports.

So, all versions of Solaris HC crossover, formerly known as Hyundai Creta, have become as expensive as possible. Its 5 versions appreciated by 137-186 thousand rubles, and the price for the Family all-wheel drive and top Lifestyle versions with front and all-wheel drive grew by 202-224 thousand rubles. Currently, the model can be purchased at the cost from 2,650,000 to 3,154,000 rubles.

Solaris KRS, based on Kia Rio sedan, has also appreciated. Its cost in the version Comfort with automatic gear box increased by a minimum of 6 thousand rubles and amounted to 2,160,000 rubles, while the model in the more advanced version Prestige with similar gear box went up by 38 thousand rubles.

The only Solaris model, prices for which remained unchanged in December is Solaris HS sedan, formerly known as Hyundai Solaris. Its cost still varies from 2,020,000 to 2,470,000 rubles.
