Launch of production of the new Skoda Octavia in Nizhny Novgorod

GAZ Group plant in Nizhny Novgorod launched the mass production of the fourth-generation Skoda Octavia. The novelty is assembled using CKD.
The first Skoda Octavia assembled in Russia rolled off the assembly line at the Kaluga plant in 2009, while in June 2013, production of the model was transferred to GAZ Group plant in Nizhny Novgorod. Crossovers of the Czech brand - Karoq and Kodiaq – are also assembled in Nizhny Novgorod.
Recall that prices for the new Skoda Octavia equipped with 1.4 TSI/150 HP engine and 6-speed manual gear box start from 1 million 409 thousand rubles, with 8-speed automatic gear box - from 1 million 466 thousand rubles.
