KAMAZ summed up the 2023 production quality results

KAMAZ summed up the quality results for the past year and set goals for improving activities in this area in 2024.

Compared with 2022, the number of defects per 100 vehicles decreased according to the results of three months of operation: for buses – by 74.8%, for electric buses – by 60.3%, for K3 series vehicles – by 10.4%. As part of vehicle production quality improvement, the defect rate per vehicle (DPV) fell by 9.7%, the level of losses from defects – by 1.4%.

The program for further improvement of the quality of products and services in 2024 will include tasks with priority in relation to promising K5 vehicles, the production of which has tripled on the new aggregate base and requires increased attention.
