The quality management system certification audit was conducted in the KAMAZ divisions.

The audit was carried out for compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 standard. For an enterprise, such a certification audit of the quality management system is a comprehensive independent assessment of how well the quality management system built in the company meets the requirements of the standard and actually works in practice.

The audit covered key business processes. Its purpose was to check and evaluate the effectiveness of the quality management system, as well as its compliance with the requirements of regulatory documents adopted in the organization. Auditors from among the experts of the certification body AJA Registrars LLC visited 11 divisions of the company (Automobile and Forge Plants, Procurement Center, Logistics Center, RDC, KAMAZ Trade Financial Company, KAMAZ Foreign Trade Company, Auto Parts KAMAZ, etc.) and held meetings with employees.

Based on the results of the certification audit, recommendations will be issued for the improvement and development of business processes.
