KAMAZ presented passenger vehicles at the exhibition in Smolensk 

Novelties in the passenger transport line-up of KAMAZ PTC – KAMAZ-4280-F5 bus and KAMAZ-62825 low-floor trolleybus were presented at the automotive equipment exhibition dedicated to the final conference of the Ministry of Transport of the Smolensk region.

KAMAZ-4280-F5 Vega model was launched by the leading Russian manufacturer of trucks and passenger vehicles in the second half of 2024. The bus has a modern exterior and a spacious interior. The rear air suspension makes it possible to operate the vehicle in various Russian conditions. The total passenger capacity is 65 people, including 19 seats. There are additionally 2 folding seats and a place for a passenger with limited mobility.

KAMAZ-62825 low-floor trolleybus is another novelty in the company's product portfolio. Its main features include energy storage devices that allow autonomous travel of up to 30 km. The battery is charged from the contact network while driving. The range of options provides for a variable layout of battery modules with a range of up to 30 km in the top version. The power plant is equipped with an asynchronous motor capacity from 150 to 180 kW, depending on the version. The trolleybus has 34 seats and three folding chairs. The total passenger capacity is up to 90 people, depending on the version. Vehicles fully comply with the requirements of the Accessible Environment program.
