KAMAZ presented its vehicles and a number of digital products at "KAZAN DIGITAL WEEK-2024"

KAMAZ executives and specialists are actively participating in the International Forum KAZAN DIGITAL WEEK-2024, which opened on Monday, September 9, in Kazan. KAMAZ presented a number of its digital products and vehicles at the forum site.

The KAMAZ exposition, deployed within the forum, demonstrates digital products. Thus, the ITIS satellite monitoring and vehicle operation control system was presented, which has been installed on KAMAZ commercial vehicles since 2020. The program makes it possible to receive real-time information about fuel consumption, location and condition of the vehicle according to a wide range of parameters, which allows controlling the operation efficiency, fuel drains, arrival time, deviations from the route, downtime, duration of operation, unaccounted runs, etc.

Also, an engineering and analytical system was presented at the KAMAZ stand, which provides for remote diagnostics of the vehicle. Another interesting digital product presented to the visitors is the portal of operational and repair documentation called "Portal 2.0". In addition, the exhibition demonstrates the MES production process management system, the implementation of which was launched at KAMAZ in 2018 as part of the large-scale production digitalization. Today, it is successfully operating at the company's plants.

Moreover, an unmanned version of the long-haul tractor unit of the K5 generation, KAMAZ-54901 "MAYAK-2", was presented. Recall that unmanned vehicles were launched in June 2023 on the M-11 Neva highway. Today, they transport commercial goods, moving in unmanned mode between Moscow and Saint Petersburg.
