KAMAZ presented its Development strategy until 2030

The new KAMAZ-2030 Strategy, approved by the company's Board of Directors in December 2023, is presented in the public version.

The KAMAZ-2030 Strategy presents a new Mission and Vision of the company, Key goals to be achieved by 2030:

- revenue of 806 billion rubles;- 2.7-fold growth compared to the base 2022;
- truck sales of 60 thousand units;
- reaching production volumes before the fire at the Engine Plant in 1993;
- share of sales abroad of 16%;
- 2-fold growth in comparison with current export sales volumes;
- EBITDA margin of 9%;
- compliance with the benchmark brands of the global commercial automotive industry.

The KAMAZ-2030 Strategy has been developed taking into account current macro factors and long-term trends in the global automotive industry, and considers several forecast scenarios for the development of the Russian truck market.
