KAMAZ plant is working to prepare electronic technical processes for KAMAZ-5490 and KAMAZ-54901 vehicles, to integrate Teamcenter, SAP, and MES information systems. The MES pilot testing phase should be completed in March-April.

The modernization of the conveyor continues, the work to expand bottlenecks, rebalance operations is underway. In particular, the device for installing the KAMAZ-54901 cab on the assembly line reducing the assembly cycle is being introduced. The operation of installing wheels on heavy-duty vehicles was modernized at the main assembly line-1 during the corporate leave.
