The anniversary two thousandth KAMAZ-6282 electric bus has been assembled at NEFAZ, KAMAZ subsidiary in Bashkortostan. In the near future, it will replenish the fleet of the State Unitary Enterprise Mosgortrans, the main operator of land urban passenger transport in the capital and the largest in Russia.

Serial production of KAMAZ-6282 electric buses started in 2018. NEFAZ overcame the mark of 1,000 electric buses produced in July 2023. In a little over a year, the second thousand units of buses were manufactured.

KAMAZ-6282 has a modified shape of the bumper and hood, side and fog lights. Changes in the electric bus exterior currently reflect one of the stages of the company's gradual transition to the production of the new generation A5 passenger vehicles.
