In 2024-2025, KAMAZ increased the technical preparedness factor (TPF) of K5 vehicles to 95%. The factor growth was achieved due to thorough work on the organization and further improvement of after-sales service, as well as by improving the quality of vehicles.
Since the beginning of 2024, a set of measures has been implemented to reduce downtime of K5 generation vehicles in service centers, including the number of service posts has been increased and the dealer network has been expanded. At the moment, the KAMAZ dealer network numbers 220 stations. Priority reception of K5 vehicles to the service center has been organized: there is a dedicated post and mechanic, all frequently used spare parts are available in dealers' warehouses. In the absence of the necessary spare parts, delivery is promptly arranged. Spare parts are delivered to the majority of dealers within 48 hours.
