KAMAZ delivered a batch of buses and trolleybuses to Yoshkar-Ola

KAMAZ delivered 5 NEFAZ suburban buses-5299-31-52 and 5 KAMAZ-62825 trolleybuses with emergency running to Yoshkar-Ola.

Features of the new trolleybus include energy storage devices that allow autonomous travel of up to 5 km. This is especially important for overcoming obstacles and snow barricades where there is no contact network. The battery is charged from the contact network while driving. The trolleybus has 34 seats and three folding chairs. The total passenger capacity is up to 90 people. Vehicles fully comply with the requirements of the Accessible Environment program.

In turn, NEFAZ-5299-31-52 bus is a solution for servicing suburban routes. The bus is equipped with a storage platform and a ramp for convenient transportation of passengers with limited mobility, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Accessible Environment program. Amenities are provided for the driver as well: the increased viewing angle and well-thought-out dashboard design ensure easy operation of the vehicle. The absence of steps at the entrance makes it easier for passengers to board, and the "knilling" system makes it convenient to enter the cabin. The maximum capacity of the bus is 86 people, including 36 seats.
