KAMAZ and Sberbank have agreed to cooperate in the digital field

On May 22, 2024, within the framework of the IX annual conference "Digitalization of Industrial Russia", KAMAZ and Sberbank signed an Agreement on strategic partnership in the field of digital financial assets for the implementation of the Digital Kilometer project.

The "Digital Kilometer" joint project will allow KAMAZ digital (a project of KAMAZ PTC for the development and promotion of digital services) to issue digital financial assets (DFA) on the SBER platform, which KAMAZ employees will be able to acquire at the first stage, in the future it is planned to attract other market participants. Kamaz employees will also receive an opportunity to participate in the company's business, for example, in NATCAR logistics transportation. KAMAZ, in turn, will receive improved efficiency and business development resulted from the increased staff motivation.

KAMAZ PTC offers its employees to invest in projects supported by real assets, such as a vehicle. They will also be able to purchase DFA, tokens confirming the right to receive income from the operation of KAMAZ trucks in controlled companies.
