Japan lifted the ban on the import of some hybrid cars to the Russian Federation

Japan has allowed the import of some "soft" hybrid models to Russia.

So, import of Honda, Suzuki, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Mercedes and Audi cars are allowed again. These are Honda Fit, CR-Z, Insight; Nissan Day-Z; Suzuki Solio, Ignis, Swift, Hustler, Alto, Xbee, Wagon; Mazda Flair, Carol; Mitsubishi Delica D:2, Delica Mini, eK X; Mercedes E Class, C Class; Audi A3 and Q3 F3 models passing through customs in Vladivostok.

Recall that in August 2023, Japan imposed a ban on the export of new and used cars with an engine displacement of more than 1.9 liters to Russia.
