Hyundai's Russian assets have been bought out by Art Finance
The Russian Art Finance has completed a deal to purchase all Russian assets of the South Korean Hyundai, the press service of the AGR Automotive Group reports.
The deal also included the Saint Petersburg Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Rus LLC. The acquisition of the Russian Hyundai plant by Art Finance became known at the end of 2023. The deal took place with the approval of the Volkswagen Board of Directors, assets of which were also bought out by the company.
